Dr. Jolayemi completed his Family Medicine residency at Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust in the United Kingdom, where he trained across a broad range of disciplines including general internal medicine, dermatology, emergency medicine, and community-based family practice. He is a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) and holds full registration with the General Medical Council (UK) as well as licensure through the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC) .

Nonye Nwachukwu is a Family Nurse Practitioner providing care to patients of all ages. She completed her Bachelor of Nursing at Mount Royal University in 2013 and her Master of Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner at Athabasca University in 2020.

She has experience in both acute care and primary care and particularly enjoys the preventative approach that primary care offers in supporting long term health. Nonye cares for a wide range of health concerns and has a special interest in women’s health.
